Members of the public may testify in person or virtually. Public comment on non-agenda items will be heard at the beginning of Thursday board meetings. Comments on agenda items are heard before the Board votes on that item.
Testify in Person: Please use the forms available in the boardroom to sign up to testify on agenda or non-agenda items.
Testify Virtually: You must sign up to testify by 4pm on the Wednesday before each Thursday meeting.
