Founded in 1950, the company has grown to own and operate more than 31 million square feet of property, primarily focused on industrial spaces for small and mid-sized manufacturers. In addition to leading and expanding his family company and managing two family foundations, Jordan is one of the world’s top art collectors and ARTnews recently named Jordan as one of the Top 200 Collectors globally.
The Executive of the Year Awards honors collaborative leadership, recognizing outstanding C-Suite leaders. According to the Portland Business Journal, the honorees were selected based on critical strategy, guidance and management leading to exceptional performance during the 2023 calendar year by a panel of outside judges.
