Loni Gray has worked in the housing arena since 1980 doing income real estate & fiance, housing design/build. She was a founding member of the CA state ADU task force, and a policy advocate for infill and collaborative housing . In 2025 she kick-started Neighborhood Placemakers Network, to nurture, educate, mentor and fund Portland's eco-system of small infill developers. Over 2026 she is working with NC3 to shape a Community Investment Fund to provide capital to these placemakers who care about lifting up their neighborhoods.
